Our client is a SaaS technology start-up company, founded in Singapore. Their solutions are on smart project management, and it is all about helping business automating, digitising all work processes and connect stakeholders onto an all-in-one platform. They aim to help clients to build faster and cheaper and with the highest quality and safety standards with their impactful technologies.

The Job Description:

This role will initially report to the CEO who is based in Singapore. This role will eventually manage a Marketing team in Singapore, in which you have the opportunity to grow your own team.

This person will independently deliver as well as support key marketing programs and activities. This involves generating leads, programs to raise awareness, conferences, product launches, tradeshows, direct mail campaigns, lead tracking and reporting, and management of contact data in the marketing database.

We would like to invite an experienced digital marketing individual to step up as their APAC Marketing Lead. To join this firm, they are looking for a person with a keen eye for making an impact. University or bachelor's degree in related discipline (Marketing, Business, Communications) is preferred. The ideal hire will be metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus. This person will need to be able to prioritize effectively and communicate clearly and persuasively. This person is able to drive focus and excellence within the programs they own.

The Responsibilities:

* Leading and developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and objectives to drive traffic increment
* Responsible on leading campaigns across all digital channels; Managing and refining the organisation's social media presence as well as collaboration with partners
* Strategizing and researching into other countries in APAC markets for having the right and the best digital marketing channel in engaging potential clients regionally.
* Setting up the APAC Field Marketing Plan through strong understanding of global and regional marketing campaigns
* Overseeing digital marketing funnel to improve conversion and other campaign objectives.
* Overseeing in the effort for marketing pipeline as well as generating Marketing Qualified Leads through onsite activations to drive revenue.
* Conducting customer, brand and product research initiatives
* Responsible for planning and managing budgets for all digital campaigns.
* Track and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM, email marketing, project management, and similar system.
* Staying relevant on new marketing technologies/channels and keeping at the forefront of digital strategies
* Responsible on setting, monitoring, and reporting team goals

The Requirements:

* Ideally with University or Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (Marketing, Business, Communications)
* At least 8 years of related industry experience in B2B marketing firms (e.g., enterprise software or SaaS in general)
* Familiar in setting up, growing, and leading APAC marketing organization
* Familiar in driving B2B leads generation, and growing online communities
* Familiar with marketing strategies (SEM/SEO), knowledge of CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
* Fluent in English (written and orally) required in order to liaise with English-speaking associates and stakeholders. Additional language is a plus
* Able to drive strategy implementation as well as changes, maintain cohesive team collaboration, and positive social communicator
* An entrepreneurial spirit that is flexible, experimental, and resourceful
* Modern, energetic, self-starter, display initiative and proposes pragmatic new ideas/approaches
