Our Client:
Our client specializes in courier services, international shipping, and transportation. They are global leader in logistic industry and with the business expansion requirements, they are looking for a Telesales Executive sales and customer services in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Preparation of personal sales plan to achieve sales
* Maximize growth through Up and Cross selling
* To develop knowledge of the company's service and general commercial awareness to provide good standard of customer service
* Convert prospect leads into accounts, emphasizing those with higher potential revenue to increase quantity and quality of account holders
* Comply to regional standards on profit margins and discount guidelines
* Prepare daily and weekly sales report
* Ensure customer information is updated into database timely and accurately
* Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
The Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of working experience
* Sales and result-oriented
* Positive attitude and self-motivated
* Able to take on stress and work on tight deadlines
* Proficient in Computer, familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
