Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is growing F&B (cafe) retail in Singapore. They are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and self-driven individual to join their distinctive team as HR Manager in driving the business development strategy alongside Directors and Managers. You will be reporting directly to the Director.

Someone who likes to challenge status quo and has a forward-thinking mindset, as excellence is their key driver of success and new ideas are encouraged.

The Responsibilities:

* Your role will include but not limited to:
* Handling employee relations and disciplinary matters
* Meeting with Managers
* Meeting with Directors
* In-charge in developing and retaining talents in our growing business
* Recruiting/hiring 5-10 people each month

The Requirements:

* Minimum 7 years of working experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment or related
* Proficient in English to liaise with internal/external English-speaking stakeholders

Better to have:

* Passionate in working in F&B (cafe) Industry
* Understand challenging for F&B Industry
* Chinese language to liaise with native Mandarin-speaking colleagues
