Our client is manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment. More than 100 employees. They're actively looking for their next CEO.
About the Role:
* Co-manage with the current CEO
* You will be required to be exceptionally organized, strives for excellence, thrive on challenges, be highly proactive, trustworthy, and adaptable person
* Assists in formulating of strategic business, operations and sales plans that leads to overall growth and stability
* Promotion to CEO role within a year
The Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales revenue
* Proposal for on-site improvement
* Manage operations
* Adherence to corporate culture and consideration of evolution
* Import and sales into Singapore
* Project management
* Report to HQ
The Requirements:
* More than 15 years of working experiences
* More than 5 years of experiences in F&B or Kitchen Equipment Industry
* Strong leadership to lead business
* Interpersonal skills to liaise with all staffs including operation staffs
