Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading Pharmaceutical Companies headquartered in Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for an Office Assistant (Sales Support).

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Supply Chain & shipping documents
* Responsible for office maintenance, welfare, and supplies
* Responsible for staffs' monthly reimbursement claim
* Coordinate with HQ IT and IT Support to office staffs
* Administrative support to staffs, management, or HQ
* Any other duties as assigned by superior

The Requirements:

* Independent, problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
* At least 2 years' working experience in related field
* Experience in Supply Chain will be advantaged
* Meticulous and detail-oriented
