Our Client:
Our client is an International Trading Company in Energy, Life Commodities and Solutions through 50 global business bases with its headquarters in South Korea. They are looking for a Sales Support/Operation executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Coordinating with HQ in Korea, suppliers and customers
* Received order from vendors for the upcoming shipment
* Vet through purchase contracts and issue Letter of Credit (where applicable)
* Assist in the coordination and preparation of trading documentations
* Prepare invoice, packing list and B/L to forwarder and customer before shipments
* Process PO orders, handling goods return and process sales entries through SAP
* Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for each trade transaction
* Perform month end closing activities and reports
* Undertake such other duties as the Company may assign from time-to-time
The Requirements:
* Min. 1 year of working experience in the related field
* Knowledge in SAP software will be an advantage
* Professional Certificate or Diploma holder in any field
