Job Description
Our Client:
RGF is representing one of the leading Financial Institutions in Singapore, which is in search for a Finance Officer to join the company's Property division, handling full sets of accounts and assist in other day-to-day financial transactions.
The Responsibilities:
* Maintaining full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL)
* Assist in the closing of financial accounts
* Preparing of financial and management reports
* Issuing of tax invoices and collecting rent arrears from tenants
* Liaising with vendors and contractors for payment related matters
* Check and code suppliers' invoices
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI / Accounting Certification or equivalent
* Has 2-3 years of experience in full sets of accounts
* Ability to work under tight timelines
