Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the growing Industrial Gases Manufacturing MNC based in Japan. They are looking for a motivated and passionate to work as Senior Executive, Finance for their regional HQ in Singapore. This position will support the Asia and Oceania Region.

The Responsibilities:

* Providing replies and response for annual audit queries (coordination with auditor)
* Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements (PL/BS/CF) as well as variance analysis for major gaps
* Preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecast, and monthly consolidation package
* Compute income tax payable and liaise with external tax agent for statutory tax filing
* Prepare and file quarterly GST return
* Manage the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivable
* Process supplier invoices and staff claims and prepare payments
* Assist in tackling transfer pricing issues and prepare Transfer Pricing Document
* Prepare cost allocation to regional subsidiaries in accordance with Global Cost Sharing Agreement
* Automation of Finance process using Microsoft Power
* Ad hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager

The Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with 3 - 5 years' experience of full set of accounting
* High proficiency in software such as Microsoft Excel. Experience in Power BI and Power Automate is an advantage
* Possess good analytical and proactive skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Regional consolidation experience is an advantage
