Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a leading International Alcoholic Beverage Company. They have one of the most comprehensive portfolio of the industry with 240 premium brands available in over 160 countries.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for delivering brand objectives both quantitatively (volume and profit) and qualitatively (visibility, activation, consumer engagement) for the assigned accounts
* Design the right implementation plan of the new commercial strategy with the assigned accounts
* Revisit all investments, define commercial strategy and plans, catch up market share and design appropriate communication and negotiation plan
* Responsible for sales and space/promotions/PVA negotiation to assigned accounts
* Build/maintain rapport with the accounts
* Analyze sell in and offtake performance regularly, design and implement brand activation plans and sales promotion plans, optimize investments to improve ROI of the account
* Work closely with the operations and merchandising team (both external agency and Wholesale), be active in store visits in the LOFT banner, build rapport with respective owners, and potentialize PVA of key products/ brands at stores levels

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
* Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Modern Off-trade channels
* Relevant experience in FMCG industry, particularly key accounts
