Job Description

Our Client:

Our client specializes in supporting the Life Science Industry with award-winning and patented thermal protection packaging solutions for safe transport of pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, diagnostics, blood, tissue and vaccine supplies. They are expanding rapidly in APAC region and are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to support sales team and external customers to manage sales order process with high level of customer service to ensure strong relationships are built and maintained.

The Responsibilities:

* To work closely with customer base and other internal department with the company to process sales order to completion, ensuring customer expectations are achieved
* Build and maintain strong customer relationship by providing courteous attention to calls and enquiries
* Processing sales order and entry using ERP system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately with proper filing
* Responds to all incoming calls and outbound contact with customer promptly and positively
* Manage full spectrum of order process and are responsible for all customer communication in relation to their orders
* Manage delivery, operational work and filing in relation to customer's order
* Handle concerns and complaints from customer, including but not limited to recording, investigating and responding to all issues raised by customer
* Make decisions in relation to corrective and preventive actions related to complaints
* Site coordination and communication of all customer orders managed and dispatched from remote sites
* Assist to provide necessary information for ISO auditors
* Ad hoc duties as assigned

The Requirements:

* Preferably with Degree in Business Studies
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support/ customer service role
* Must be able to interact effectively and diplomatically in verbal and written, with great attention to detail and politeness
* Analytical with excellent customer service and negotiation skills
* Independent, organized, and able to multitask
* Preferably with manufacturing/packaging environment
* Must be proficient in Microsoft office
* Candidate with experience in SAP/electronic order processing and billing software will be advantageous
