Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading luxury brands manufactured by companies from Japan. They will open a directly managed boutique in Singapore in 2022 and are looking for Asia-Pacific Regional Brand Director to further enhance their branding.

The Responsibilities:

* This position will carry responsibility for maximizing sales across the Asia-Pacific region by supporting the marketing activities of distributors, suboffices and a directly managed boutique in Singapore opening in 2022.
* Support Distributers' Marketing Activities and Accountable for their Sales
* Achieve sales target by supervising and guiding sales and marketing activities of distributors
* Monitor sell-thru and sell-in trend
* Evaluate visual merchandising and product mix at each POS
* PSI monitoring of each distributor
* Market analysis of peer competition and luxury brand industry trend, etc.
* Develop marketing activities, finalize event calendar, and support implementation based on the global direction
* Develop marketing activities based on the global direction
* Finalize marketing calendar by discussing details with each distributor
* Support and monitor implementation of the marketing calendar
* Manage brand shop operation and maximize sales from these outlets
* Monitor daily activities of these retail outlets
* Develop retail event and promotion calendar and discuss with each boutique for implementation
* Establish CRM database and make the best use of the data for marketing activities
* Support the Suboffice's Marketing Activities
* Coordinate marketing activities with subsidiary offices to assure all activities in the Asia Pacific market are aligned global direction
* Gather each subsidiary office's activities and cross-check company direction to verify their activities are in line with global direction
* Share activities by subsidiary offices among all Asia-Pacific suboffices to stimulate their activities
* Supervise the Directly Managed boutique in Singapore and Accountable for the Sale
* Support the opening of the directly managed a boutique in Singapore
* Hire a boutique manager and sales staff
* Provide the boutique manager with the necessary support
* Manage the boutique's operation and maximize sales
* Monitor daily activities of these retail outlets
* Develop retail event and promotion calendar and discuss with the boutique manager for implementation
* Establish CRM database and make the best use of the data for marketing activities

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* 5-10+ years of experience of managing distributors/subsidiary offices to maximize the regional sales in luxury brands industries
* Expertise in marketing and CRM activities
* Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate effectively as he/she will represent company's face in the Asia-Pacific region
* Previous experience as a manager at a luxury brand boutique
* Strong connections with luxury retailers
