Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a multinational electrical manufacturing company which was originally established in Japan. They specialize in the Automotive Wire and Components business in Singapore since 1990. They are actively looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their efforts as a Customer Service Coordinator.

The Responsibilities:

* Processing orders & shipping documents
* Provide satisfactory service to fulfill and deliver customers' orders
* Liaise with customers for any order/issue, ensuring customers' satisfaction
* Submission & analyzing of forecast
* Achieve department's goal and objectives

The Requirements:

* Minimum ITE / Diploma holder with 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in any field, preferably in shipping
* Experience in handling shipping documents would be an advantage
* Possess organizational and co-ordination skills
* Good team player and able to work independently
* Proficient in computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
