Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a leading distributor and omnichannel retailer with a workforce of over 150 employees, core categories include fragrances, personal care, skin care, food, toys and sport. They're actively looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

* Plan and implement the yearly marketing plan for all the brands with the marketing director
* Manage and follow up brands portfolio including marketing activities and A&P Budget
* Prepare pitch book for new potential brands (marketing section of the business plan)
* Manage the execution of the marketing activities (ABT and BTL) with regional counterpart and ensure they have all the necessary brand assets to execute with high standards and in line with the brand guidelines
* Stay up-to-date with the best practices and constantly updating the company profile/website
* Search for market information regionally
* Analyse consumers trends and expectations according to different categories and needs (beauty/F&B/toys) identify some gaps for new brand opportunity
* Contribute to the company's digital transformation and in the implementation of the new e-commerce platform
* Develop analytics to better understand our consumer profile and work with the local team to design appropriate marketing and promotional campaigns

The Requirements

* Minimum Master's Degree in Marketing/Business
* 3-5 years' experience in multibrand, luxury retail
* Proficient in MS Office particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Working knowledge of SAP and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
