Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a well-known developer, focusing on engineering, property, infrastructures and civil projects across Asia and the Middle East Region. They are looking for Site Engineers to handle LTA projects in Singapore. The successful candidate should have some experience working with LTA MRT projects with a good understanding on their requirements.

The Responsibilities:

* Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programme
* Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
* Liaise with consultants, QPS for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
* Handing technical and engineering related issues
* Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
* Supervise ongoing site activities closely
* Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
* Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat

The Requirements:

* Degree in Civil Engineering or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject
* Min. 1-2 years' experience in the construction site / LTA project
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-driven and independent
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
