Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is an established financial firm is actively looking to hire a Client Reporting Executive to support the Institutional Business Development and Client Service teams for the retention and growth of the firm's institutional business.

The Responsibilities:

* Prepare clients' investment portfolio reports, as well as periodic and ad hoc reports to meet clients' requirements
* Prepare materials for client meetings, including (but not limited to) PowerPoint presentations, and make meeting arrangements on a needed basis
* Assist with KYC review and communicate with clients on queries
* Provide support to client events, initiatives, and projects
* Ensure that documents and procedures are recorded, kept in order and up to date
* Support the teams on other general administrative tasks

The Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
* Good understanding of investment strategies and products across equity, fixed income, and multi-asset classes
* Ability to work on multiple assignments against strict and competing deadlines
* High sense of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and with positive, flexible attitude
* Effective interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Competent in IT (including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
* Knowledge of Vermillion Reporting System (VRS) is an added advantage
