Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a 100% subsidiary of a renowned Japanese trading company. This investment company will come to Singapore to set up new office in January 2022. They are actively looking to hire a Secretary cum Admin staff and be one of their pioneer members. They are looking for someone who can effectively work in multinational environment.

The Responsibilities:

* To manage overall corporate related matters in the office including Personal Assistance, Administration, Reception, and HR
* Personal Assistance for MD and CEO to arrange business trip, meeting, and visitation, etc.
* Administrations to set up newly set up office environment
* To manage the reception counter as well
* To manage HR related matters like visa applications if necessary
* Bookkeeping
* Other ad hoc activities, only if required

The Requirements:

* At least 2-3 years of related work experience
* Minimum Diploma holder and above
* Good communication skills
* Sufficient skills in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience to liaise with IT vendors
* HR basic knowledge and experience is advantageous
* Japanese language skill is an added advantage to be able liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking in HQ and the management
