Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a global leading provider of environmental solutions covering design, engineering, technology development, construction, operation as well as maintenance of plants and facilities. They are currently looking for a Project Engineer to handle projects in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Handle design work for assigned projects
* Preparation and review electrical, instrumentation and control design documents
* Review technical submissions of tender documents, prepare relevant document and drawings for tender
* Review proposal of suppliers and vendors, ensure compliance are met
* Liaise with consultants as well as customer to ensure contractual specifications are met
* Assist the team in consolidating and review of supplier prior submission
* Maintenance of engineering design database and all relevant documentation, updated timely and accurately
* Prepare documentation, procedure, and T&C for assigned project
* Work closely with vendor on software development, FAT, or software simulation
* Provide technical supports to project and site engineers during project execution, T&C, and plant commissioning
* Provide technical support during project tender phase, plant improvement project or R&D projects
* Improve overall environment, safety, and quality work to meet management objective
* Ad hoc duties assigned
The Requirements:
* Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum5 years of related experience in construction/ design/ operations/ thermal power industries
* With knowledge in code of practice and standard, planning and design software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
