RGF is representing a Gaming Start-up backed by strong investors and founding team. Focusing on GameFi Analytics and Trading. Company has plans to establish different bases in California USA, Berlin Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong and London. Currently, headquartered in Singapore. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

We are looking for Growth Marketing Senior Manger to support our team. You will work closely with our product, business development, analytics, and marketing colleagues to set, analyze and project the right metrics for the evaluation of our growth strategies.

The Responsibilities:

* Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies and product traffic growth hacking
* Build up company users growth strategy, match the best ROI channels
* Analyze, forecast, and operationalize growth initiatives working with our partners across the organization to act decisively
* Define compelling hypotheses, identify new opportunities, and build business cases and quantitative models to support rapid growth
* Be responsible for website, app, social media, including Twitter and Discord's growth. (Organize our channels, build ambassador programs, etc.)
* Set up, monitor, and share analytics and emerging issues in a timely manner
* Provide daily/weekly reporting on key metrics, tracking to channel-specific targets
* Ad hoc duties

The Requirements:

* Good experience with user growth in Internet Industry
* Experience in coin market cap or similar crypto data platforms is a strong plus
* A passion for the blockchain/crypto space is a strong plus
* Domain experience in product, marketing or growth analytics is a plus, along with skills related
* Experience working at a fast-paced, executing high-quality work
