Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading satellite research institutes, headquartered in Japan. They are actively looking to hire a HR Assistant who can support the IT system development in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* End-to-end payroll process (monthly payroll, government claims, taxes and payroll reports, etc.)
* End-to-end recruitment process (Shortlisting of resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, etc.)
* Support in end-to-end employee cycle (onboarding, work pass applications, data entry, terminations etc.)
* Oversee leave and attendance matters
* Preparation of Offer Letters, Employment Verification Letters, etc.
* Participate in other ad hoc projects as and when required

The Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree Holder, in Human Resources, Business Administration or a general field with at least 1-2 years relevant experience processing payroll. Those currently pursuing a degree with specialization in HR can also be considered
* Strong in compliance with employment regulations
* Meticulous and organized
* IT-savvy
* No hesitation in learning simple coding
* Good spoken and written communication skills
