Our Client:
Our client is a multinational automotive manufacturing company headquartered in Korea. They are establishing a brand-new innovation center in Singapore focusing on future mobility research and development, with the aim of revolutionizing value chain of future mobility. The facility is the first of its kind in the world hence it would be an exciting opportunity to join their upcoming presence in Singapore! They are currently looking for a Senior Quality Control Engineer to plan, coordinate and execute QC process to ensure quality standards are met.
The Responsibilities:
* Establish quality control plan
* Establish tools and torques management outsourcing plan
* Manage service providers on regularly
* Overall supervision of quality assurance, conduct inspection for finished vehicle
* Collect information on QA issues of each pilot process and suggest ways to improve
* Monitor outgoing conforming rate of PDI and suggest improvement plans for completed vehicles
* Monitor quality objective for new car development and improvement project of vehicles (e.g. interior/exterior, function, noise, leakage issue, driving evaluation and more)
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Management or relevant discipline
* Preferably with 3-6 years of related experience in electronic/ automotive industry
* With knowledge in quality management system, manufacturing process and inspection
* With good knowledge of MS office and quality tools (e.g. SPC)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with personnel of all levels
* Positive attitude, proactive, team player and meticulous
