Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies headquartered in Japan. They're actively looking to hire a HR Officer to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Conduct orientation briefing on company regulations to all new staff
* Ensure that trainings set for the term are well planned and within date and budget
* Ensure that all safety related certificates for staff/workers are renewed on time; before expiry date
* Record all trainings/seminars attended by staff
* Maintain proper recording in training system
* Ensure all training certificates are properly filed
* Relief receptionist when required
* Participate in continual improvement activities
* Ensure compliance to Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution and WSHA regulation
* Preparation of employment documentation and assist in overseas training bonds and documents
* Assist in application of relevant employment passes (EP/WP/SP)
* Any other duties assigned by superior

The Requirements:

* Min. relevant Diploma or Degree
* Prior experience in learning and development/training
* Good team player and able to work independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
