Our Client:
Our client is one of the largest logistics companies in Japan, and they're actively looking to hire an experienced Supply Chain General Manager to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* General and overall management of Warehouse & Distribution Department
* Ensure safety and security in the work environment
* Develop policies and guidelines, set goals and objectives for the Warehouse & Distribution Department
* Set annual and mid-term budget of Warehouse & Distribution Department
* Achieve the annual and mid-term budget of Warehouse & Distribution Department
* Develop and manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Monitor & Review Performance of the department and staffs
* Any other duties as assigned by Deputy Managing Director
The Requirements:
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience in 3PL and Warehousing Industry
* At least 3 years in Management functions with good track records
* Good ability to manage and effectively interact with all levels of staff
* Good Safety and Security knowledge will be advantageous
