Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a multinational renowned trading house from Japan Their regional HQ office in Singapore is looking to hire an energetic Sales Assistant Manager to join their Chemical Department.

The Responsibilities:

* Do sales for specialty chemicals (e.g. Ink, Paint, Coating, Adhesive, cosmetic raw material industry in ASEAN market)
* New business development and manage sales targets
* Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
* Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

The Requirements:

* Experience more than 4-5 years in Chemical Industry
* BS/MS Degree in a related field is preferred
* Experience to sell several chemicals to customer
* Experience to hunt new customer to sell various types of chemicals
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
* Strong business sense and industry expertise
* Travelling overseas as and when required
