Our Client:

RGF is representing one of the largest conglomerates in Singapore, in the forefront of communications. They're actively looking to hire a Senior Manager to join their team in Singapore.

About the Role:

To lead and execute effective marketing communication strategies to grow market share for new product launches, promotions, and events. This includes building brand awareness, top of mind, shaping consumers' perception and driving purchase behaviour.

The Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute GTM plans for core consumer products, to support the business goals. This includes engaging customers across multiple touch points, from online to retail
* Aligning other marketing functions to drive brand awareness, positioning & communication guidelines for all marketing programs and campaigns
* Co-create marketing plans with other marketing functions to acquire new / existing customers within the relevant segment
* Monitoring the full funnel marketing statistics to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategies/plans in place and to enable data-driven marketing
* Develop full year planning for core products that include communication strategies, media strategies and A&P budget
* Key stakeholder in improving branding imagery, aligning brand guidelines across other marketing functions
* Full accountability in supporting key business drivers KPIs
* To manage & guide the team on the operations, time to market and performance marketing tracker/reports

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
* 7-10 years in digital marketing/communications experience
* Good understanding of digital ads that includes creation, formats & copywriting.
* Good understanding of marketing funnel to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns across omnichannel business
* Good experience in ATL & BTL marketing activities
* A strong believer & executioner of customer-oriented marketing
* Deep understanding of driving consumer perception & behaviour via marketing communications
* Experience in a retail environment, FMCG or any fast-paced industries which are consumer-facing
