Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading Japanese trading firms in Japan. Their regional HQ is looking to hire an energetic Finance Assistant Manager to join their finance team.
The Responsibilities:
* Assisting DGM/GM in all finance operations
* Supervise all staff in the department
* Checking all the various types of payment instructions/payments
* Checking all accounting postings and confirming that they tally with all finance related transactions
* Handling and Processing of import and export documents
* All other finance related matters
The Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized tertiary institution
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
* Knowledge of international trade operations
* Knowledge of trade and payment banking operations
* Conversant with UCPDC, URC trade rules
* Conversant in MS Words and Excel
* Knowledge in accounting system, preferably SAP
