Our Client:

RGF represents a Leisure, Travel & Tourism Group which businesses extend across Fashion, Hospitality and F&B.

This role involves a passion for delving into data to find connections that spark insights that drive business results. The insights team will be a critical point in working collaboratively with the Brand Marketing teams and other critical functions, to uncover insights about our brand, consumer habits and perceptions, barriers, and motivations to drive a positive impact for our company and brand.

The role is responsible for real time, data mining accuracy primarily of current membership base, nurturing and growing this base with insightful, actionable data analytics. The role will also be responsible for research projects, trends and data requirements to support continuous understanding and data knowledge of the business and consumer, if and where additionally required.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsibility for the CRM loyalty system and daily support for operational issues from the region
* CRM system enhancements, data analysis and reporting, issue management, CRM system daily operations, data mapping, process documentation, customer service coordination, project management, testing, and database maintenance
* Interaction with third party vendors as well as various internal teams including, but not limited to, Retail Operations, IT, Marketing and eBusiness
* Develop marketing and growth strategy insights alongside Brand Marketers that drive plans, tactics supported with clear data insights, KPIs and performance tracking
* You will also be the escalation point for customer service issues, dealing with such matters in a timely and professional manner
* Lead and manage a team towards becoming an expert on consumer/ membership base analytics, brand health and marketing campaign measurement

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree
* At least 4-5 years of relevant experience within consumer space
* Experienced in Power BI tools, e.g. Nielson / Tableu
