Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a established B2B software SME in Singapore. They are actively looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

* Build brand awareness and generate demand in target markets
* Own and execute programs including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, webinars and events, partner activities, marketing automation
* Manage content on website, blog and social media platforms, and create new content including eBooks, videos, landing pages and case studies
* Develop new marketing strategies and identify new channels for marketing activities
* Closely monitor performance metrics and proactively optimize programs and processes to deliver results
* Build strong partnership with the key cross-functional teams like Sales, Customer Experience and Product to identify opportunities for collaborative wins and support lead nurturing, customer communication and product marketing initiatives
* Forecast performance, secure and allocate budget, set aggressive targets, and report on results to stakeholders across the company

The Requirements:

* Has at least 5 years of full-funnel brand and performance marketing experience at a B2B/SaaS company with proven experience and knowledge of multiple digital marketing channel
* Has a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media marketing
* Keen interest in Digital Marketing
* Able to work in ambiguous environments, embracing change and delivering strong business outcomes
* Experience using Salesforce, Active Campaign and Google Analytics will be added advantage
