Our Client:

The Responsibilities:

* Contribute to growth objectives of personal lines business on digital and non-digital mediums
* Contribute to planning, design, manage marketing initiatives to support Business channels, partners, affinities, and digital solution providers
* Manage performance and service standards of creative and digital agencies and service providers
* Relationship management of Business channels, cross functional collaborations, intermediaries, business partners and customers
* Undertake new product development, product cycle reviews, training of internal and external stakeholders, event management
* Oversee production of marketing collaterals, digital assets, performance reporting, policy documentation, forms, and department's general administration
* Undertake data analytics, monitor market trends and competitive environment
* Train, coach, and mentorship of marketing staff
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, industry regulations, Company policies, underwriting and reinsurance guidelines
* Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
* Identify gaps and improvement areas to optimise marketing outreach on various platforms

The Requirements:

* Only Singaporeans
* Degree, qualifications in Insurance (CII, AII or CGI), Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
* Knowledge of digital marketing, distributions/marketing platforms e.g., Google, Facebook, Salesforce marketing cloud
* Knowledge of digital marketing analytics e.g., Google Analytics, ROI, attribution, media reporting/metrics
* Insurance consumer marketing
* Knowledge of General Insurance Industry
* Strength in written and spoken communication skills
* Knowledge of digital marketing, distributions, and marketing platforms
* Ability to multitask and to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
* A good understanding of the marketing mixes across various channels including event and product launch management as well as consumer marketing

Work Experience

* Marketing and promotion of general insurance products
* Experience in managing online and offline marketing mediums.
* Relationship management of distribution channels, business partners, customers, and service providers
* Managing teams and operations
