Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading Japanese engineering companies. Their Singapore Regional Headquarters is actively looking for HR Assistant Manager to join them.

The Responsibilities:

* Support the HR general manager in regional alignment of HR policies and procedures
* Planning and execution of HR strategy align with business plan
* Execute talent management

◦ Skill map

◦ Gap Analysis and action plan

◦ Succession Planning

* Support of HR Policy development and improvement in ASEAN and India subsidiaries
* Develop and maintenance company rules and regulations
* Budget control

The requirements

* At least 8 years of relevant experience of HR business planning as managerial role
* Experience in the Manufacturing or Engineering Industry
* Able to think new method/idea and make it happen
* Knowledge of local employment regulations
* Able to multitask and work in a fast-faced environment and under pressure
* Willing to travel around ASEAN and India on business, as and when required
* Closely communicate with ASEAN and India staff
* Management skill and knowledge as managerial position
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

The below is advantageous if candidate has

* Regional working experience (ASEAN and India)
* Experience in expatriate management, remuneration reporting and tax computation
* Proficiency in Japanese language (Japanese JLPT N2 and above) is plus to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders
