Accountant/ Admin Executive

Our Client:
Our client focuses on the area of food and particularly on rice. It was established in 2013 for the purpose of expanding overseas demand, which is a major issue for Japanese agriculture. By installing full-scale rice polishing equipment in Singapore, where the Japanese food culture has already spread, we will make it possible to construct supply systems and product management systems that are comparable to those in Japan thus safer and high quality rice could be supplied.

The Responsibilities:
・Assist in monthly closing/ sending documents to accounting firm
・Liaise with shipping company for arranging container
・Monthly sending documents to SFA, SSW for the stockpile arrangement
・Liaise with Auditor, Secretary, Insurance company for the annual renewal
・Preparing for monthly company payment
・Consolidate of HR matter - Monthly Salaries, MOM work pass applications, updating employees leave
・To replenish pantry and stationary stocks
・To arrange the aircon, forklift, and pallet truck's maintenance schedule
・Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned

The Requirements:
・Relevant working experience is applicable
・Able to work independently as well as a team player
・Meticulous and proficient in Microsoft Excel and email
