Our Client:
Our client has emerged as a thriving provider of lubricants to the Marine Industry, serving over 1,000 ports across 800 countries. They have established a global presence with 10 service centers strategically located around the world. They are actively looking to hire an Accounts Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Full spectrum of accounts payable function includes handling high volume of supplier invoice
* Ensure the transaction is comply with company policies, procedures, and approval processes
* Daily uploading incoming invoices into AP system
* Maintain monthly suppliers SOA reconciliation
* Maintain good relationship with internal and external suppliers
* Participate in any ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned
The Requirements:
* Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
* LCCI intermediate level with minimum 5 years of Accounting experience is good to have
* Proficient in MS Office Excel (Familiar with excel formula and Pivot table)
* Knowledge of invoice administration and procedures
* Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
* Attention to details and high accuracy in work
* Good command in written and spoken English to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
