Our client is a Japanese company in the Food and Beverage Industry, they are actively looking for a Hospitality Trainer to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Actively advocates for and educates employees on all available training programs
• Demonstrates leadership through exceptional guest hospitality, consistently delivering
outstanding customer service, High standard etiquette, and fostering a positive guest
experience
• Assists employees in identifying and adopting behaviours that enhance service excellence
• Guarantees that employees continually receive training to comprehend and meet guest
expectations
• Utilizes efficient training techniques to ensure employees possess a deep understanding of
guest satisfaction and can proficiently demonstrate guest service skills
• Maintains regular meetings with the training team to bolster training initiatives
• Observe the service conduct of employees and offer constructive feedback to individuals
and/or their managers
• Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement
appropriate training to improve performance
• Integrates guest satisfaction as a key element in departmental meetings, emphasizing a commitment to continuous improvement
