By maintaining a fully equipped SMIF cleanroom environment, 100% equipped SMIF automation, and tried and true wafer-manufacturing procedures, they provide flexible and affordable semiconductor fabrication solutions.
The Responsibilities:
* Investigate, analyze production line operation issue, develop solution to system related problem
* Develop technical or training material as required
* Involve in user/vendors discussion and brainstorming session
* Analyze requirements, design, develop and test, implement, optimize
* Document design specifications, user acceptance test and release
* Analyze and implement improvement opportunity to enhance PROMIS system in support of business strategy
* Provide cross-functional leadership (for senior position) and vendor interaction to troubleshoot, analyze and develop solution for problem involving integrated systems
* Provide training to enable 1st line support equipped with appropriate knowledge/skill to provide frontline operation support for production
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
* You have had/having PROMIS Administration User access elevated privilege experience to perform administrative tasks and manage various aspects of it
* Familiarity with SECS (SEMI Equipment Communications Standard) and GEM (Generic Equipment Model) communication standards. You are to ensure communication and control between manufacturing equipment and host systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Factory Automation Systems (FAS)
* Preferred to have high level of C++ Programming, C# programming, Web programming, & SQL Programming. Database knowledge (SQL commands, data accessing, etc.)
* Familiarity with .NET & SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is a must
* Able to communicate with cross-functional team members in a diverse cultural work environment
