Our Client:
Our client is the leading solution provider of scientific & medical instruments, hospital infrastructure and laboratory interiors. They are actively seeking for a Project Manager to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities
* Responsible for designing the ACMV system for the laboratory facilities, including of heat load, static pressure, and hydraulic calculation
* Supervision on construction of the entire laboratory, inclusive of testing and commissioning of ACMV equipment
* Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Building Management System and Electrical System on budget variances
* Close collaboration stakeholders in the design to capture all the user Data/IT/Server racks heat load requirement and placement to prevent hot spots within the data and to ensure there is a redundancy in the event of equipment failure
The Requirements:
* Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering
* 3-5yrs experience in the same field
* Experience on projects within the Life Science Industry such as hospital infrastructures and laboratory
* Proficiency in both ACMV and HVAC
* Good stakeholder management skills
