Our Client Service/Product: Freight forwarding
The Responsibilities:
・Act as a liaison between the business development team and marketing/social media personnel to ensure synergy in e-commerce strategies
・Establish and nurture strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and partners to drive growth and opportunities
・Serve as the primary point of contact for product and order inquiries, addressing customer or partner queries promptly and professionally
・Handle logistics-related inquiries to ensure efficient order delivery
・Provide exceptional after-sales support, including managing customer feedback and addressing complaints effectively
・Maintain and improve basic product descriptions to enhance product discoverability and consumer understanding
・Efficiently manage daily order processing, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment
・Oversee product listing and catalogue management, maintaining up-to-date product information
・Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Physical check might be needed from time to time
・Collaborate with relevant team and Client to implement website design changes and other non-product-related amendments as necessary
・Undertake various ad hoc tasks related to the business, such as meeting preparation and assisting in day-to-day operations
