Into Trading, chemical and Metals
The Responsibilities:
・Prepare contract sheets accurately reflecting agreed-upon terms
・Liaise with suppliers to obtain necessary shipping documents (e.g. invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
・Monitor the progress of document preparation and shipment from suppliers
・Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments and avoid delays
・Use internal systems like SAP to record all transaction data accurately
・Liase with stakeholders
Requirements
The Requirements:
・Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Chemical Engineering
・Prior experience of 3 years in chemical bulk shipment ensures that candidates are familiar with the complexities and challenges associated with handling such shipments
・Experience with UCP 600 and URC 522, including how they have applied these rules in previous roles
・Consider candidates who demonstrate a solid understanding of LC procedures and banking regulations related to international trade
