Corporate Planning Manager

Job Description

Our Client’s Service/Product:
Mobility Manufacturer

The Responsibilities:
Corporate Reporting
・Prepare company budget (Annual/MTP) for management
・Prepare and summarize Monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reporting
・Monitor and update daily sales progress
・Ensure the company is adhering to HQ requirement standards and internal policies
Project Management
・Collaborate with internal Division/Group for project requirement
・Assist specific requested task by external parties
・Support new product development (liaise with suppliers/customers, designers, etc.)
Staff Management
・To grow and develop team member corporate related reporting skills and knowledge through internal and external training
・Manage staff performance to achieve Division goals and objectives
Others
・Liaise with HQ related division, especially corporate planning issues (Legal, Finance, Accounting, Audit, etc.)
・Work closely with other Division to ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place
・Streamline Division work process and improve workflow
・Enhance operation system to work efficiently and effectively
・Any other duties assigned by company

Requirements

The Requirements:
・Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or relevant field
・Training or qualifications further specializing in these areas are a bonus
・Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with a focus on corporate planning, development, or business analytics
・Proven project management capabilities covering plan development, team leadership, and successful project executions
・Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
・Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
・Ability to build positive relationships and rapport with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
・Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
