Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Management Consultancy, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
The Responsibilities:
You will be working closely with partner consultants based in Japan and across Asia. This role involves bridging clients with partner consultants, facilitating meetings, preparing training logistics, and even hosting/facilitating sessions.
• Coordinate and manage leadership development programs with multiple lecturers and consultants.
• Liaise with existing clients (Mostly Japanese company)
• Build long-term client relationships and support program delivery
• Support or facilitate training and delivery phases of programs (MC role, logistical support, etc.).
• Ensure smooth operations on-site by assisting lecturers and clients on-site.
• Handle multiple projects and partners simultaneously, adjusting to variable program needs.
• Engage in a wide range of administrative and support duties

Requirements
The Requirements:
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Having more than 3 years experience of PM/ PMO or Account management
• High level of flexibility and ability to multitask
• Comfort in supporting others, including handling logistics, minor facilitation, and client-facing interactions.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and work with multiple teams across various projects.
• Prior consulting experience is not mandatory but open-mindedness toward the consulting process is expected.

・高い柔軟性とマルチタスク能力
・サポート業務(調整、ファシリテーション、顧客対応)に対応可能
・コンサル経験不問だが、コンサル姿勢に理解ある方歓迎
・日本語ビジネスレベル(業務上必要なため)
・英語ビジネスレベル(業務上必要なため)
