Job Description

Title: Shop Drawing Coordinator (Architectural Design Coordinator)

Our Client:

Our Client is one of Japanese top leading main contractors. They are looking for an energetic individual to join the team as Shop Drawing Coordinator / Architectural Design Coordinator.

The Responsibilities:

* Involve and lead in checking and coordination of Shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (Ex: Architectural, Structural, MEP, Specialist Subcontractors works)
* Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications
* Able to prepare and monitor progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule.
* Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants.
* Manage receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings.
* Liaise and coordinate with working partners; Consultant, Authorities and Subcontractors during construction phase.
* Rectify any technical and coordination issue surface within Project team and any related working partners.

The Requirements:

* Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent
* Min. 5 years' experience in Singapore Construction Industry preferred
* Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM software in Architectural/ Structural
* Able to coordinate & check Architectural, M&E and Structural- workshop drawings.
* Conversant with architectural trades
