Marketing Executive (Project Manager / Agency)

Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing an integrated Marketing Agency with more than a decade of experience, servicing B2B clients. They are actively looking for a Marketing Executive (Project Manager/Agency) to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

* Taking on a client-facing role
* Project management - Monitor campaign scheduling, planning, resource management and budgeting from conception to delivery
* Develop and maintain relations and direct communications with Creative, Web & Marketing teams
* Provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance marketing results
* Interact and work with Creative team to develop and present new designs
* Interact and work with Web team to localise and adapt marketing assets for AP markets
* Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project files as well as documentation like campaign schedule, visualised reports, campaign tracking, etc.
* Post campaign results analysis and presentation

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma/ Degree in marketing, business, media, communications
* At least 2 years' experience in agency-side marketing/ client management for junior role
* Skilled in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google suite of services
* Literacy in marketing automation with some experience in using any of the following:

* Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot

* Apt in online communication tools such as Slack, MS Teams, Google Meet
