The business is expanding globally especially in Asia, where it is a leading provider of information, software, and services for professionals. The business has rich legacy spanning more than 150 years of innovations and solid presence in more than 40 nations.

The Responsibilities:

The role is based in Singapore and is part of the healthcare software solution business unit. This role will report to a Regional Manager who is based in Singapore. We invite a highly experienced Southeast Asia software Channel Sales professional to be part of this global business who is a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship building skills and a high level of energy. Asia is their growth market where they are making investments on.

* Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Channel Partner program in Southeast Asia (VN, PH, MY, ID, TH)
* Handling the regional Channel program while enforcing compliance and consistency
* Responsible in recruiting, developing, and pushing Channel Partner to reach their target
* Managing the procedures on identifying, on-boarding, training, certifying Channel Partners
* Coordinate with the training team to ensure effective training/certification of our channel partners' sales force - and support ongoing training programs
* Collaborating with the global sales team, finance, marketing, and sales operations for all activities related to Channel Partners
* Creating periodic annual strategic business plans on revenue targets for each Channel Partner, whilst enabling their sales teams
* Assist and manage regional sales opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting of the Channel Partners; be as the trusted advisor through all relationship stages, including in training, following up on leads, and joint sales calls
* Assist with demand generation programs by developing strategies and executing campaigns together with, and in addition to international sales and marketing objectives
* Be as the contact point bet ween Channel Partner and the technical support team
* Assisting in identifying Channel Partner's bottlenecks and challenges, and work together to iron the situation with available resources

The Requirements:

* Strong track record having recruited, developed and driven Channel Partners (CP)
* Consistently met or overachieved sales quota through assigned Partners
* Direct experience working with Channel Partners engaged in reselling products and solution (into healthcare clients is a major plus)
* Direct experience recruiting, launching, and managing successful relationships with Independent Software Vendors
* Healthcare Information technology experienced is a bonus, but not essential
* A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions to develop and execute against stated partner-marketing objectives
* Strong leadership, time management and interpersonal skills - proven ability to build long-term relationships
* Ability to develop a strong understanding of customer and partner needs, objectives, and strategy
* Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision
* Experienced, and proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
* Understanding of the international environment and of international-specific business challenges
