Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading players in the General Insurance Industry. They are actively looking to hire a Motor Claims Executive to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries and correspondence of motor claims
* Investigate and negotiate on motor claims
* Decide and instruct on appointment of service providers
* Decide and instruct on reserve provision
* Handle claims recoveries
* Review claims filed including setting of reserves and monitoring of recoveries
* Complaints handling
* Undertaking any other duties as may be assigned
The Requirements:
* Min. Diploma holder
* No experience required
* Analytical skills
* Communication skills
* Negotiation skills
