Job Description

Our Client:

My client is a leading global maritime technology MNC. They are actively looking to hire a Finance Assistant, Revenue & Credit Control to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

* Support in APAC & Americas Accounts Receivables covering but not limited to:

o Generation of daily customers invoices (60%)
o Credit control duties (10%)
o Uploading/sending of customer invoices (15%)
o Reconciliation duties (15%)
o Dealing with internal and external parties for the above duties

* Assist in system enhancement projects
* Assisting in annual external audits
* Ad hoc duties as per assigned

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma in Accounting
* Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
* Proficient in ERP
* Able to handle high volume of workload
* Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or equivalent)
* Team Player & proactive "self-starter" able to achieve business & personal objectives
* Flexible approach to dealing with ever-changing priorities and deadlines
