Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading supplier of semiconductor assembly equipment offering high levels of accuracy, productivity, and reliability for global Electronic and Semiconductor Industries. With the business expansion requirements, they are looking for Fulfillment Manager in Singapore to lead and manage global teams for spares fulfillment.

The Responsibilities:

* To lead and manage team in terms of order processing, product specialization, planning; taking care from registering order until invoice clearance
* To ensure orders and quotations are processed in a timely and efficient manner within guidelines
* Planning of resources to meet operational and business requirement, to ensure adequate stock levels and to minimize backlogs
* Planning of activities to ensure delivery commitment are met
* Measure and report KPI on regular basis, address necessary corrective actions
* Upkeep and improvement of global spares' cross functional skills, communication, and cooperation
* Initiate, participate and contribute to any projects and other global improvement programs
* Resolve issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other department
* Constant improvement on the global fulfillment process, tools, and documentation to support business and operational needs
* Ensure all necessary information are properly documented are in place before delivery
* Coaching and mentoring relevant personnel to achieve competency required to carry out their duties
* Succession planning to ensure continuity of operations and management
* Provide training to R&D in relation of issues with SP

The Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
* Preferably with working experience in technical field with additional administration degree/ handling projects before
* Must have experience in SP-Documentation Design, ERP as well as CAD and PLM systems
* 5-7 years' experience in similar capacity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other departments
