Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is LNG procurement and trading company, headquartered in Korea. Their Singapore office is looking for Senior Accounting Executive or Accounting Manager to join them.

The Responsibilities:

Accounting

* Daily Bookkeeping : Preparing Payment Voucher based on invoices and input data in accounting system
* Monthly Financial Closing : Updating Journal Voucher/Prepayment/Fixed Assets/Accrued Expense
* Updating Monthly Financial report (Checking Balance Sheet/Income Statement etc)
* Making monthly P&L report (convert to KRW currency) and send it to HQ
* Annual Audit follow up

Finance

* Issue Cheques for making payment on time and update bank balance
* Keep monitoring cashbook balance and transfer money from USD to SGD account for daily operation
* Deposit / Withdrawal

Tax(with external consulting firm)

* File for Quarterly GST, Annual ECI calculation and filing, File for Personal Income Tax (expatriate only)
* Others
* Monthly Payroll : making employee's payment voucher and issue cheques (Every 21sts)
* Experience: at least 5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO module

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
* Min. 3 years of relevant experience
* At least 3 years of experiences in SAP FI/CO module is preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft office
* Work experience in Energy company or similar industry is preferred
* Proficient in Korean language is preferred to be able to communicate effectively with native Korean-speaking stakeholders
