Our Client:
RGF is representing an established Digital & Retail Design Agency that is currently serving more than 20 reputable global brands. They're actively looking to hire a Creative Lead to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Lead the team to provide clear, powerful ideas for client's campaigns and to execute creative strategy for projects by creating viable design concepts
* Builds strong relationships with the clients leading workstreams
* Demonstrates excellent knowledge of client's business, and actively seeks to gain further understanding
* Oversee the development work of the corporate client, to ensure the clients' marketing objective and KPIs are met
* Identifies opportunities for further workstreams and proactively bring these to the Client Director/CEO's attention
* Effective in sourcing and approaching new leads, to constantly develop new clients and business opportunity
* Pitch concepts to clients
* Create advertising proposals for clients
* Lead the team to ensure project parameters such as client goals and requirements, internal goals, usability, technical constraints, as well as budget and schedule are met
The Requirements:
* Solid knowledge in the latest version of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Digital trends
* Minimum Degree or Diploma in Visual Communications or graphic design
* Minimum 8 years' experience with advertising agency or design house
* Ideally 4-6 years' experience in leading a team
* 5 years' experience in lead generation and client management
* Ability to handle projects from visual stage to production
* Strong FA skills. Should be thorough and quick with FA
* Strong creative flair with good art sense, responsible, positive attitude
* Able to multitask, deliver under pressure and tight deadline
* Strong presentation skills to explain ideas to consultant, client, and team members
