About the Role:

With the exciting growth ahead, they are looking for a teammate passionate about creating great people experiences, from the first interaction through to onboarding new staff.

Part of a HR team of 2 (and looking to expand with new head counts), this role is based in Singapore and you will be reporting to Senior HR Manager. The scope of work covers end-to-end recruitment for hires in Singapore (primarily), China, US, and UK.

Roles hiring for covers Corporate Function, Commercial and Tech roles. As an experienced HR professional, you will be the right-hand support and cover responsibilities as follows:

The Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver the best candidate experience
* Develop exceptional talent processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent in both commercial and tech space
* Build content and engagement as an excellent employer brand
* Build and maintain talent pipelines to anticipate hiring needs of the business
* Work in collaboration with leaders across the business
* Understand and communicate current talent market trends to inform business decisions

The Requirements:

* Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or similar studies.
* At least 5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
* Strong communication skills who can deliver ideas and look through strategic lenses and is someone innovative and solutions driven.
* Comfortable to work in a dynamic, flexible, vibrant and fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with constant changes due to business advancement.
* Resourceful and able to work independently at the same time a good team player.
