James has more than 12 years of experience in the Executive Recruitment and Search Industry within Asia Pacific. As a founding member of RGF’s Singapore operations back in 2010, he has established an exceptional track record in the placement of Senior Leadership and C-Suite talent across the IT&T, Digital and Industrial sectors as well as helping the business grow and expand year on year to the outstanding brand it is today. Since then James has successfully completed other duties, such as running RGF Singapore’s Permanent Recruitment business and related divisional P&L, as well as running the Groups inaugural Regional Industrial & Manufacturing practice across the full Asia Pacific and Japan region.
In his current role as Managing Director of RGF Talent Solutions Singapore he is responsible for the full P&L, Business Strategy, Operations and Talent Attraction for the organizations Permanent Recruitment, Japanese Recruitment and Contract Recruitment businesses which consist of the RGF Executive Search and RGF Professional Recruitment divisions. Originally from the UK, James has a Degree in Human Geography from the University of the West of England in Bristol and a Professional Qualification in conversational Chinese Mandarin from one of the leading Corporate Training Schools in Asia.
