At the start of her recruitment career, she started out working Corporate functions and has since moved on to the Technology market for the last 3.5 years, covering a vast functional diversity within the industry. She has experience in both permanent and contracting desks in agency and has covered niche portfolios in her in-house recruitment experience.
Nikita covers a broad spectrum of job functions from Software/ Product Development, Data, Infrastructure and Project and Change Transformations within Technology.
