Job Description

Our Client:
Our client has been providing LED lighting & optical solutions to Machine Vision applications in various industries including Semiconductor, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Food, Packaging, and Automotive industries for many years. As a subsidiary Company in Singapore, their position has become stronger and are all geared up to deploy the best resources available to serve their customers in ASEAN and South ASIA markets, guided by their Corporate Philosophy of bringing Lighting Solutions to the Society, Customer Satisfaction and Lighting Company leading the Lighting Industry. Currently, they are looking for an Accounts cum HR Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Assist Head of Finance in the full sets of accounts such as day-to-day accounting function and month-end closing
* Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
* Assist with the audit reporting process & audit schedules
* Liaise with bankers, external auditors, and corporate secretary
* Perform monthly payroll, CPF/EPF submission, tax, and insurance-related matters
* Responsible for the full spectrum of HR administration such as work passes application, staff hiring and exits, filing, leave recording, NS claims, etc.
* Update staff handbook and company SOPs
* Ensure HR practices comply with the employment act and regulations
* Submission for all government-related survey/statistics and grants
* PA to Director
* Other ad hoc tasks will be assigned from time-to-time

The Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in related fields (e.g., Finance, Accountancy or equivalent)
* No experience required
* Internship experience is a bonus
* Positive character and eager to learn
* Team player who is meticulous, organized, independent, and responsible
* Ability to work in Chinese speaking environment is preferred
